LucenaCoder is a free, local, token-efficiency obsessed coding harness built by Lucena.One.

Download for Mac, Windows, or Linux, or use `npx lucenacoder` to launch a workspace in-browser from any folder on your machine. Client-side by default, no login. Best paired with an OpenRouter key or custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Keys, chats, and code stay on your machine. Long-running tasks? Try Underboss autonomous.
